RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Terms & Conditions Agreement:
- Making a purchase with Closet Hues indicates your understanding, acknowledgment, and adherence to agree to the terms & conditions and policies of our website.

Quality Check:
- If you have received a damaged / wrong product we need opening video of the same. Without opening video, it will not be accepted for any exchanges / return

Return Policy:
- You can raise a return request on our website within 12 working days of receiving the products.
- Exchanges are offered for all items except Lingerie, Footwear, Items under end of season sale, and items bought with a voucher or gift card. Items will be exchanged only once.
- Upon receiving the items back, a credit voucher will be issued with a validity of 12 months. Refunds are not offered.

Return Criteria:
- All exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and shipped with original tags and packaging. Failure to do so will result in rejection during the quality check, and the items will be shipped back to the customer with extra shipping charges.

International Orders:
- We do not have a return/exchange policy for international orders.
EXCHANGE PROCESS:- Raise an exchange/return request within 12 working days of receiving the package through our portal: [Portal Link].
- Fill in details such as order number, email ID, and/or contact number.
- Select from the list of eligible products along with a relevant reason and images (if applicable).
- Our team takes 48-72 hours to approve/reject the request.
- Once approved, the parcel will be picked up within 2-3 working days by our courier partner.
- Only the item for which the return request is approved needs to be handed over.
- Reverse pickup is chargeable at Rs. 120/-. Charges will be deducted accordingly if more than one item is sent for exchange.
- Upon receiving the product back, a credit voucher ( deducting the shipping, cash on delivery and reverse charges ) will be issued.
- For rejected exchange products, contact us via email for support/clarification: support@closethues.com.
RTO Marked:- If incorrect/incomplete information is provided and the parcel is marked as RTO (return to us), a credit voucher will be issued deducting the shipping and RTO charges.
- Please ensure correct information as it cannot be changed once the parcel has been packed/shipped.
