Refund and Returns Policy

Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled/refunded
If the order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of the item or any other delays, we can cancel the order and issue a credit voucher
The credit voucher can be used for any future purchase within 12 months of issuance with Closet Hues
Any order cancellations can be done only if the order is delayed past the delivery time and on cancellation only a credit voucher will be issued to the customer. If the customer refuses the parcel and it gets returned to our warehouse, the customer has to pay the shipping for us to dispatch it again
NO REFUNDS CAN BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
