• Making a purchase with Closet Hues indicates that you have understood, acknowledged & adhere to agree to the terms & conditions and policies of our website.
  • If you have received a damaged/ wrong product , please send the opening video over email only to support@closethues.com. After receiving the product, a fresh piece/ credit voucher will be sent. An exchange request for a damaged/ wrong product without the opening video will not be taken into consideration. 
  • We at Closet Hues provide only size exchange. No colour exchange or product exchange under any circumstances. If the item didn’t fit well the customer can raise an exchange request over email (sale items are not eligible for any types of exchanges/ store credits) Please note we don’t offer size exchange or any types of exchanges/ store credits for free sized products / footwear/ lingerie/ sale items. Once sold these items won’t be exchanged under any circumstances

  • We offer size exchange only. We need you to write to us at support@closethues.com within 2 working days or 48 Hours of delivery to maintain our hygiene policy with your order number. An exchanged request placed after 2 working days of delivery will not be considered in any case. Once acknowledged by our team you need to self-ship the product to the office address shared by via email. We can arrange a reverse pick up on customer’s request provided the pin code is available for reverse pick up. Reverse pick up is chargeable at Rs.150/- 
  • On receiving the request, it takes up to 3 working days for the request to gets approved / rejected. Once the items are received It takes 3-5 working days for the package to reach our warehouse.
  • The exchanged items need to packed securely and safely to maintain our hygiene policy. All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging, invoice and tags intact. In case of products which come without tag can be returned in the same condition. Any sign of usage or without invoice / tags will give us a right to reject the exchange. Products like Swimwear, Bodysuits, Lingerie and bags aren’t eligible for exchanges due to standard hygiene protocols.
  • Once received, the products will undergo a quality check and another size will be dispatched according to the dispatch time. An item can be exchanged only once, once exchanged the order will not be eligible for another exchange/ store credit. If a bigger/smaller size isn’t available, a credit voucher with a validity upto 12 months will be issued to the customer (no refund)
