Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Express Shipping:
    • All express ship items on our website are readily available and will be shipped within 48 hours.
    • Delivery within India takes 3-7 working days.
  • Pre-order Shipping:
    • Items marked as pre-order will be shipped within 18-25 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays).
  • Tracking Information:
    • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via SMS and email.
  • Cancellation and Refunds:
    • If an item is delayed, you can cancel the order and receive a credit voucher valid for 12 months. Refunds are not offered.
    • Orders can be cancelled before shipping, with a credit voucher issued in that case.
  • Out of Stock Items:
    • If an item goes out of stock, a credit voucher with a validity of 12 months will be issued.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    • We offer COD up to a limit of Rs. 8,000 within India.

Undelivered Parcel Notification:

  • Customers are requested to track their parcels and inform us within 48 hours if the parcel shows delivered but has not been received. No complaints will be accepted by the courier company after this time frame.

  • Colors in images on the website may vary slightly due to professional lighting during product shoots.

International Shipping:

    • During checkout, select your delivery country, and shipping charges will be reflected accordingly.
  • Delivery Time:
    • International delivery takes 9-15 working days once shipped, depending on the country.
