  • RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

    • Terms & Conditions Agreement:
      • Purchasing with Closet Hues indicates your understanding, acknowledgment, and adherence to agree to the terms & conditions and policies of our website.
    • Quality Check:
      • If you have received a damaged / wrong product we need an opening video of the same. Without opening the video, it will not be accepted for any exchanges/return
    • Return Policy:
      • We do not provide refunds & returns on any product purchases, whether bought in India or internationally.

      • Products under sale category are not eligible for any exchanges / returns/ refunds. For further details please contact our support team.
    • Return Criteria:
      • All exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and shipped with original tags and packaging. Failure to do so will result in rejection during the quality check, and the items will be shipped back to the customer with extra shipping charges.
    • International Orders:
      • We do not have a return/exchange policy for international orders.


    EXCHANGE / RETURN PROCESS:

    • Products under sale category are not eligible for any exchanges / returns/ refunds. For further details please contact our support team.
    • Raise an exchange/return request within 12 working days of receiving the package.
    • Fill in details such as order number, email ID, and/or contact number.
    • Select from the list of eligible products along with a relevant reason and images (if applicable).
    • Our team takes 48-72 hours to approve/reject the request.
    • Once approved the parcel will be picked-up in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Please note it will take 8-12 working days for the parcel to reach back to us.
    • Only the item for which the return request is approved needs to be handed over.
    • Reverse pickup is chargeable at Rs. 120/-. Charges will be deducted accordingly if more than one item is sent for exchange.
    • Upon receiving the product back, a credit voucher ( deducting the shipping, cash on delivery, and reverse charges ) will be issued

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  1. Advance Payment Requirement

    • We offer Partial COD as a payment option.

    • Customers are required to pay ₹200 in advance when placing the order.

    • The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery.

  2. Non-Refundable Advance

    • The advance amount of ₹200 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

    • This includes (but is not limited to) the following situations:

      • If the order is cancelled by the customer after payment of the advance.

      • If the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery.

      • If the parcel is returned to us due to delivery failure (e.g., incorrect address, customer unavailable, refusal to pay remaining balance, etc.).

      • If the customer changes their mind after placing the order.

      • If the customer requests a new/replacement order, the advance cannot be adjusted against it.

RTO Marked:

  • If incorrect/incomplete information is provided and the parcel is marked as RTO (return to us), a credit voucher will be issued deducting the shipping and RTO charges.
  • Please ensure correct information as it cannot be changed once the parcel has been packed/shipped.
