SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Express Shipping:
    • All express ship items on our website are readily available and will be shipped within 48 hours.
    • Delivery within India takes 3-7 working days.
  • Pre-order Shipping:
    • Items marked as pre-order will be shipped within 18-25 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays).
  • Tracking Information:
    • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via SMS and email.
  • Cancellation and Refunds:
    • If an item is delayed, you can cancel the order and receive a credit voucher valid for 12 months. Refunds are not offered.
    • Orders can be cancelled before shipping, with a gift card issued in that case.
  • Out of Stock Items:
    • If an item goes out of stock, a credit voucher with a validity of 12 months will be issued.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    • We offer Partial COD up to a limit of Rs. 8,000 within India.

  • Advance Payment Requirement

    • We offer Partial COD as a payment option.

    • Customers are required to pay ₹200 in advance when placing the order.

    • The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery.

  • Non-Refundable Advance

    • The advance amount of ₹200 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

    • This includes (but is not limited to) the following situations:

      • If the order is cancelled by the customer after payment of the advance.

      • If the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery.

      • If the parcel is returned to us due to delivery failure (e.g., incorrect address, customer unavailable, refusal to pay remaining balance, etc.).

      • If the customer changes their mind after placing the order.

      • If the customer requests a new/replacement order, the advance cannot be adjusted against it.

Undelivered Parcel Notification:

  • Customers are requested to track their parcels and inform us within 48 hours if the parcel shows delivered but has not been received. No complaints will be accepted by the courier company after this time frame.

Color Variation:

  • Colors in images on the website may vary slightly due to professional lighting during product shoots.

International Shipping:

  • Shipping Availability:
    • We now offer international shipping.
    • During checkout, select your delivery country, and shipping charges will be reflected accordingly.
  • Delivery Time:
    • International delivery takes 9-15 working days once shipped, depending on the country.

  • Customs and Import Duties:
    • We ship from India, and import/customs duties may be charged during delivery.
    • We do not charge these taxes and cannot provide information regarding them.
    • We shall not be held responsible if taxes are not paid or the parcel is not collected, and no refunds/credit vouchers will be offered.
    • For queries related to customs charges, contact your customs office.
  • Return/Exchange/Refund Policy:
    • We do not have a return/exchange/refund policy for international customers.
